The final stretch.

This blog entry is hosted on both Blogger and Multiply. Have a look!

..or at least its prelude.

It's March. Final month of the school year. The final hellmonth. The time when everything you had to do, but didn't, sneaks up and catches your behind. Not a pretty sight.

I have final shiz to do on every subject. Yes, I realize (only now) that it is to be expected, but really, why does everything have to be done on the last month??

Well, not everything. I thank the heavens for setting the deadline for the ARP (Argumentative Research Paper) around February. The one month between then and now wouldn't make much of a difference -- I'd cram it anyway. :D Regardless, it is one less thing to worry about. Reflection paper na lang ang kulang.

I have another research paper to do for Filipino (the bane of my existence... next to Math). The good thing is, it's by group, so I wouldn't have to worry that much about hunting down obscure Filipino words in a most unwieldy UP dictionary. What's bad about it is the fact that we have group reporting, and... we all know how good my Filipino is.

Lit's fine, I guess. We have this funky presentation on Canto III of Dante's Inferno. Again, yay for groupwork. Shooting starts this week. Bangbang.

For CS, it's another project. A gaming one this time. o.o Oh the joy. Again, I'm not alone on this one (it's by pair) so yay for that.

BALLROOM PARTY THIS FRIDAY YEAH.
....but the culminating event's on Sunday.

I'm starting to not mind the actual finals week so much. I mean. HELLO. 2 exams. Roughly 4 hours of pain, but I think it'll pass quickly.

About the requirements I need to fulfill before I can even think of taking those finals... WELL. That's a whole different ball game.

Stress levels are at an all-time high. I, for one, am getting moodier and crankier by the minute. Apparently, I do need my sleep after all.

In which case, I better hit the sack soon. GoodNight, cruel world.
"On clear and peaceful nights like these,
There's nothing more I'd like to do
Than to lie down, under the heavens,
And to gaze at the stars with you...
